Property owners should always keep in mind that plumbers charge approximately double the rate of handymen. Consequently, we recommend the use of handymen to make simple plumbing repairs, not plumbers.

Type Quality
K Highest grade - used in hospitals and high-rise buildings
L Middle grade - used in most condominiums, apartments, and office buildings
M Lowest quality - not recommended
